Chris Lobkovich
OWNER / Crew Chief
Chris owns and operates Counter Weight Motorsport and leads the CW Moto Racing Program. After an early career in automotive he spent a decade honing his leadership and operation skill as a Chef, then transitioned back into motorsports. He opened Counter Weight Motorsport to serve serious riders in 2020, and launched CW Moto Racing in 2021 running a CW Moto SV650 in the MotoAmerica Twins Cup.

Sara Lobkovich
TEAM PRINCIPAL / Assistant Crew Chief
Sara supports branding, marketing and sponsorship alongside our talented crew of collaborators and partners. Her role includes strategic communication, social media support, and with her professional background in goal setting, achievement and coaching she helps ensure the team is operating at peak performance. Sara is a 20+ year rider herself, and creator of The Moto Curious, a podcast to help make motorcycling more inclusive and accessible, one Q&A at a time.

CW Moto is supported by additional crew members during race rounds and at the home shop, to ensure that we’re able to provide excellent service and workmanship in the paddock and in the shop at home all year round. Our program is designed to help hard-working and high-potential talent who may otherwise not find their way into the professional racing paddock find their place in our sport.
